Welcome to Delicuan ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Delicuan and any individual ("User", "you",your") who accesses, registers on, or places wagers through the Delicuan website accessible at https://delicuan.cam and any associated mobile or web-based applications.

Delicuan is an English-language online gambling platform operated primarily for the benefit of players in Malaysia. Our platform offers sports betting, live casino games, slots, lottery, and related gambling entertainment products. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By creating an account or placing any wager on Delicuan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an account on Delicuan, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Delicuan strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all casino-style gambling activities. Individuals under 21 are prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is explicitly unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or immediate family member of an employee of Delicuan or any associated entity.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the Delicuan Platform or under any applicable self-exclusion scheme.
• You must hold a valid and legitimate payment method in your own name for the purpose of depositing and withdrawing funds on the Platform.

Each eligible individual may hold onlyone (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Delicuan will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Delicuan operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention requirements. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License), proof of residential address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie holding your identity document. Typical verification turnaround is 24 to 48 business hours.

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following general conditions:

• The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use or on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
• You must access the Platform only through your own registered account. Accessing another User's account without their express permission is prohibited.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. Delicuan does not guarantee winings of any kind and is not responsible for your gambling decisions or outcomes.
• You agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
• Delicuan reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account access during any investigation of potential Terms violations, fraud, or suspicious activity, without prior notice.
• All transactions and communications on the Platform are conducted in English. The English-language version of these Terms constitutes the authoritative version in the event of any dispute.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Delicuan currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability and applicable minimum / maximum limits: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliq. Supported methods may change at any time; the current list is displayed on the Platform's Deposit page.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for e-wallet methods and RM 50 for bank transfers, unless otherwise specified.
• Delicuan does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply independent charges.
• Delicuan reserves the right to decline any deposit and to request supporting documentation before crediting funds.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds are processed.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative and subject to the processing schedules of third-party payment providers: e-walets typically within minutes, bank transfers within 1 to 3 business days, cryptocurrency within 1 to 6 hours after blockchain confirmation.
• Delicuan reserves the right to delay or withold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity or Terms violation.

Delicuan may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other incentive programmes to registered Users. All such promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited asBonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before any associated winings may be withdrawn. Specific rollover multiples are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games and markets as specified per promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements.
• Delicuan reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including reclaiming Bonus Funds from an account if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a promotional offer.
• Bonus offers are generally limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting rollover requirements — constitutes a prohibited activity and will result in account termination.

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• Delicuan reserves the right to void any wager where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed malfunction, or where odds were clearly published in error (manifestly incorrect odds).
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body or exchange shall be determinative.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, market, and account per day. These limits are displayed on the Platform and may be subject to change.
• Winings from sports betting markets coveringLiga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other international competitions are settled based on official results at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified in the market rules.
• Delicuan reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict betting markets for any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

Delicuan is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to assist Users in maintaining control over their gambling activity. These tools are available free of charge to all registered Users through the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or calendar month. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further play is paused until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after pre-set duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Minimum self-exclusion duration is 24 hours; permanent exclusion is irreversible. During any self-exclusion period, no wagers can be placed and no new deposits will be accepted.

If you are concerned that your gambling may be causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to make use of the above tools and to seek independent support. Delicuan operates exclusively for players aged21 and above.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering or financial fraud purposes.
• Coluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an advantage; any winings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or using VPN / proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Sharing, selling, or transfering account access or balances to any third party.
• Making chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits without prior agreement from Delicuan.

All content on the Delicuan Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of Delicuan or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No right, title, or interest in any Platform content is transferred to Users by virtue of this licence.

Reproduction, redistribution, modification, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Delicuan is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable copyright and trademark laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Delicuan, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Gambling losses incurred through the Platform, regardless of the circumstances.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game outcomes, or account data resulting from technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data by third parties.

In all cases where Delicuan is found to be liable, the maximum aggregate liability of Delicuan to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.1 Termination by Delicuan

Delicuan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable belief that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where account closure is required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations. In such cases, any outstanding Balance may be withheld pending investigation.

13.2 Termination by User

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the Delicuan support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding Balance (net of any applicable bonus adjustments) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether initiated by Delicuan or the User — all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules. Access to the Platform will be revoked, and any unused Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gambling regulations under which the Platform operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their formation, validity, interpretation, or breach — shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures communicated by Delicuan at the time the dispute is raised.

Users are responsible for ensuring their compliance with all local laws applicable in their jurisdiction. Delicuan makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or lawful for use in any particular location.

Delicuan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Delicuan will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your account and cease use of the Platform.
